To automatically send certificates to webinar participants with Certifier, please follow these instructions: 

Step 1: Create a certificate design and email text that will be sent to the credential recipients. You can do this in the "Designs" and "Emails" tabs after logging into the Certifier App.

Step 2: Upload the list of webinar attendees, or manually add your recipients one by one. Every record of the list must contain the name of the recipient that will be displayed on the certificate and the email address of the recipient to which Certifier will send the certificates.  

Step 3: Generate certificates and send them in bulk to the recipients. You can do this in the "Certificates" tab by clicking the "Issue Certificates" button.

That's it! After that, each of your webinar attendees will receive a personal certificate in their email box. You can analyze the results, and ROI, and enjoy the time saved.

First, you need to get a list of the people who attended the webinar held on Zoom. Follow a few simple steps:

1. Log in to Zoom.
2. In the sidebar on the left side, select "Reports", then select "Usage Reports". This will open a list of all the webinars you have recently organized – find the event you are interested in.
3. Select the webinar that you need and click the "Generate CSV Report" button.

Now you can use this list to create and send certificates automatically through Certifier. Create a free Certifier account here.

1. Log in to your ClickMeeting account.
2. Move to the "Statistics" tab in the top right-hand corner of the panel. 
3. Select the "Events" tab. A list of all your webinars will appear, as well as the number of unique attendees.
4. Click to the event you need and hit the "Attendee Summary" or "Event Summary" button. 
5. Select the option "Export all statistics session" to a CSV or XLS file, and you're done.

Now you can use this recipient list from your ClickMeeting webinar to create and send certificates automatically via Certifier.

1. Log in to your WebinarJam account and select the “Analytics” tab.
2. Then click on the webinar title and select the "Display Analytics" option.
3. In the dashboard with detailed webinar metrics, click the "Upload Full Attendee Lists" button and you're done!
