What’s New at Certifier? Product Updates

Happy summer!

While being a real scorcher, this summer is still not as hot as some of the Certifier updates this month. 🔥 We’ve added new powerful features that you’ve been waiting for! Custom email builder, custom attributes, certificate preview and more. Take a look at the product updates we prepared this July.

Discover the Updates:

(1) Custom Email Templates

Do you want to send certificates with personalized emails and branding?

Now you can do this in the Email tab with a few simple clicks.

The editing features include but are not limited to customizing the text, pasting logos, adding attributes, changing colors.

Do not forget that you can create a few mail templates for different cases and courses.

(2) Custom dynamic attributes

Custom dynamic attributes were definitely one of the most requested features!

It enables you to add some unique attributes to the certificates e. g. certificate ID, grade, hours spent, etc.

Just go to the Settings tab and start creating your first custom attributes!

(3) Certificates Preview

Do you want to check the certificates before publishing and sending?

Now you can check it thanks to the Certificates Preview feature. When you add new recipients, choose the option Save without Publish.

Following this, you will be able to preview Unpublished Certificates and check whether everything looks the way you planned. Now you can issue your perfectly looking certificates to their recipients!

(4) Editing published certificates

Do you need to change the already issued certificate? Some typo in the student's name?

It is not a problem anymore!

The feature of editing an already issued document is now available at Certifier. Just open the certificate that is already issued, add the desired changes and resend it.
